Web Hosting

WordPress Installation & Setup

Let us help you get started. We set up WordPress in a friendly format so all of your bases are covered. You'll be able to jump right into creating your content.

X Pro Theme

Use the theme the the Pros use. Whether you like to keep it simple or work in the full design environment, X offers stellar tools that will make you shine online. As long as you are a Via Maria client, your X Pro theme license is covered.

WordPress Plugins

The internet is full of plugins for WordPress, but we give you our standard collection to prevent your site from breaking or going defunct over time. Our collection is time-tested and contains the highest quality products we could find. Plugins will include: security, backups, usability, SEO and more.

Header Images

Placing the top images on a page can be a little tricky, especially when you need them to be mobile-friendly. No worries, you choose the images, we'll get them set up for you.
For DIY Support & Strategy we'll set up your homepage hero in Rev Slider, which allows for more control of text and buttons that you may want to place over a background image.

Forms

Contact form - basic email form set up, along with admin notification email
Registration form - receive registrations online, form is easily duplicated for use on other registrations

Connections

Let us help you connect your social media and newsletter accounts with your website. Sure you could do it, but we're really good at it. For a pop-up layer for your newsletter subscribe or offer, you will be billed the hourly design rate.

Blog Posts Setup

We use WordPress POSTS for dynamically listing events, news or actual blog posts. Up to 2 pages will be added to the site to list these items, as well as a teaser block on the homepage for 3 of your choice.

SEO Guidance

We will set up your Google Analytics, Search Console, Site Map. We will assist you in creating your title tags and page descriptions. We will also give you a guide that helps you understand keyword placement in your headlines, body copy and images.

Monthly Group Support Sessions

Free attendance to online monthly Via Maria Support Package Zoom calls is offered to support you in learning WordPress. Use this time to ask your questions. You'll get answers, demos and assistance!

Stepping Stones Collaborations

Three collaboration meetings are offered to develop strategy and review progress. Our recommended sessions are:

• Initial strategy planning, to include website usability, call-to-actions and social media integration
• Wireframe and content collaboration
• Final review prior to launch

Stock Art

We have a subscription to a wonderful stock art library. Peruse the catalog and send us a list of images that you would like to use on your website. We will size and compress the images for use on your site.

Design Touch-up

Once your website is complete and ready to go live, we will take the reins and give it a professional sparkle before launch.

Individual Support

We know the web is complicated. We'll be there by your side, ready to jump in and assist when you need us.

DIY Basic: One monthly email support request. (It's ok to have a few questions.) Reduced hourly rate of $60/hour for additional support emails, calls and private trainings.

DIY Support: Email your questions whenever you get stuck working on your website. (Up to 60 minutes of time for replies.) For support phone calls and private trainings on Zoom, the hourly rate is $60/hour.

DIY Strategy: Email with your questions whenever you get stuck working on your website. (Up to 90 minutes of time for replies.) We are also happy to answer your questions about branding and design. While we aren't experts on social media, marketing and online advertising, we will help you where we can. If you have a super quick fix needed (less than 10 minutes), these are also included with your plan.

Website Maintenance: Get content updates and development (for all DIY clients) at this reduced $60/hour rate. This does not include design, which is billed at $85/hour.
